Hylton Scott Photography is the creative vision of two best friends—Emily and Maddie—who share a passion for photography, design, and storytelling. What started as a dream between two kindred spirits has turned into a journey of capturing love, laughter, and the little moments that make life beautiful.

Emily is a creative professional turned stay-at-home mom to an adorable, spunky little girl. Maddie is a marketing manager and MBA student. We decided to combine our talents and turn our shared love for creativity into something meaningful. Together, we built a business rooted in connection, storytelling, and a whole lot of heart.

We believe photography is about more than just pictures—it’s about telling your story with honesty and warmth. No two sessions are the same, and we work hard to make each one feel relaxed, fun, and personal. Whether we’re capturing the bond between couples, the joy of a growing family, or the personality of your furry best friend, we approach every shoot with care, humor, and the goal of creating something beautiful together.

Beyond photography, we share a love for the outdoors, cooking, reading, and yoga—oh, and we both have boxers who keep us on our toes!
